ICT in Primary Education - UNESCO

"The material  is based on the experiences of teachers and schools in different parts of the world, gathered as part of a UNESCO project to help us understand how ICT is being used in primary education. The project selected 20 primary schools that were using ICT well, in 12 different countries. Members of the course team visited the schools, and sent each one an extensive survey to complete, and shared the analysis across the team. The findings are published in three UNESCO books."

Why ICT should be used in primary schools?

I think ICT shoud be used in primary schools because  it helps to connect the school to the child's world, and also to make the concepts that are learned more meaningful for the children. It also helps to share their knowledge with others.
